Jennifer Loffer M.Ed., CCLC

Meet The Founder

Jennifer has her masters degree in educational leadership and was in the field of education for over 18 years, in many different capacities. She has served in public education as an aide, a paraprofessional, a substitute teacher, a junior high and high school English teacher, an elementary reading specialist, and most recently was serving in administration as the assistant principal at her local high school. In 2025, she determined it was time to exit the field of education and pursue her dreams of starting a women’s ministry that glorifies her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

In Daily Devotion is the ministry that she felt led to open following this biblical concept: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." (Colossians 3:23). She wanted to encourage other women to live with intentionality and In Daily Devotion to Christ by offering devotionals designed to keep your mind and spirit focused on Christ, in all that you do. Her prayer is that they can be a daily reminder of why, and for whom, you are doing whatever it is that you’re doing on a day-to-day basis.

Educators In Daily Devotion is a division of this ministry that focuses on daily devotions specifically designed for educators and administrators in mind. With her years of service in the field of education, at multiple levels, she felt a calling to support those still in the field of education to both live and work with intentionality (Col. 3:23) and always remember that their calling into education is more than the grade or subject being taught. It’s also more than the building you oversee and the fires you put out as an administrator. Despite the common myth that you need to leave your faith at the schoolhouse door, as a Christian, we are called to look at our vocation in a different light. We are to use our God-given gifts (1 Peter 4:10) to serve others with humility, just as Christ came to serve, not be served (Mark 10:45). Your influence on all stakeholders can and should be laser focused on doing the Lord’s work, even in the confines of a secular arena during the school day.

In addition to these devotionals, she is a Certified Christian Life Coach (CCLC) for women that desire a personalized, 1:1 experience in how to apply biblical practices in all they are doing or going through in their Christian lives at home or in vocation. However, she is currently not open for coaching, as she is taking the time to develop the devotionals and allow God to lead her on when the time may be right to open up this practice in the future.
